Law firm’s buy-out deal
A NEW law firm has been created in Solihull following a buyout deal.
Stuart Southall has acquired the commercial arm of Midlands practice Edward Hands and Lewis to create EHL Commercial and is leading the new set up as managing partner. Mr Southall is a commercial and chancery litigator operating in the fields of insolvency, intellectual property and sports law.
EHL Commercial clients are currently SME businesses with turnovers in between £250,000 to £65 million. It also represents start-up businesses, charities and entities that are ready to float on the stock market, as well as hedge funds, property developers and professional service providers.
