McCann PR set to help Flybe soar
BUDGET airline Flybe has recruited Solihull communications agency McCann to provide PR support for its UK operations.
The expanded brief follows the appointment of the agency last year as Flybe’s marketing partner to provide advertising, media buying, production and social media services.
Since then, McCann has started to deliver a series of pan-European campaigns, with a major focus on the UK.
The PR team will now also provide national, regional and trade press office support to the airline. It will also manage a series of proactive consumer campaigns.
The airline joins McCann’s roster of travel and leisure clients including Cathay Pacific, Visit Jersey and Crystal Ski.
