Funding to help drive training
A BIRMINGHAM learning and development company has received funding to expand its social enterprise activities.
The new capital will enable Enploy to increase its free training aimed at reducing youth unemployment in the West Midlands.
The firm, based at Innovation Birmingham, has won an UnLtd Grow it 2018 award and £15,000.
Enploy works with businesses such as Barclays and Birmingham City University to offer a range of tools and diagnostics to embed entrepreneurial thinking, focusing on areas such as creative thinking and emotional intelligence.
This new funding will allow it to extend the training, which launched in 2017, to work towards its aspiration of reaching 20,000 young people by 2020.
The Grow it awards are run by UnLtd, which finds, funds and supports enterprising organisations with solutions to social challenges.
