Simkin moves to Highgate as a director
JEWELLERY Quarter property agency Highgate Land and Development has boosted its team with a trio of new appointments.
Nigel Simkin has joined the team in Newhall Street as a director, specialising in providing development consultancy advice to both public and private sector clients.
Mr Simkin has moved from rival agency JLL where he was a director in the development and planning team.
Tom Ackrill has been recruited as a development surveyor and will be involved in a wide range of consultancy and agency projects, having previously worked as a surveyor at Birmingham City Council.
Completing the new appointments is Natasha Titshall who has more than 12 years of experience working as an administrator in the property sector.
She has joined Highgate Land and Development as office manager.
The agency was founded at the turn of the year by Richard Roberts and Adrian Willet, who previously worked for JLL and CBRE respectively.
