The idea by the late Beryl Wilkes and Linda to form the Born and Bred Group has gained momentum over the past couple of years and now has an enthusiastic following. Linda said: “It gives folk the opportunity to pass on their own memeories of Coseley to old and young alike and of course allows old friendships to reignite and new ones to blossom. Stories about the old days and photographs are always welcome and prove every interesting.”

This time round Linda has arranged for some musical entertainment in the form of the group’s very own Joe James Thomas who performs as a tribute to George Formby. The ususal charity raffle will also be held.
