Tagging order

A former Perth man who shouted and swore - and then brandished a knife in the city centre - had an eightmonth tagging order imposed at the Sheriff Court.

Hugh McFadden (56), previously of St Johnstoun’s Buildings, Charles Street, will have to stay in his home from 7.30pm-7.30am, seven days a week.

Now of Crofton Place, Coupar Angus, McFadden also admitted having the blade in his possession at St Johnstoun’s Buildings on March 19 this year.

A not guilty plea was accepted to a third charge of having a metal bar.
