Mean­while, Ley Hill sec­onds were vic­to­ri­ous at home to Lacey Green in Divi­sion One, with Pete Green tak­ing 3-19 and Paul Green 3-46 as the vis­i­tors re­cov­ered from 30-5 to post a to­tal of 189 all out.

Cal­lum Wil­son then scored his first cen­tury (107 not out) while Colin Bow­den made an un­beaten 66 as Ley Hill got home by nine wick­ets.

In the same divi­sion, Chal­lon­ers (218-6) lost a high scor­ing game with Walmer End (219-8) while it was a sim­i­lar story for Prest­wood, who scored 233-5, only to see Knotty Green claim vic­tory on 234-3.

Mean­while, in Divi­sion Three, it was an ex­cit­ing end to their match be­tween Ley Hill thirds and Wid­mer End sec­onds.

Ley Hill scored 171-6 with Sam Martin and Jamie Wood­ley both top scor­ing with 41 each be­fore An­thony Gaze took 5-29 as Wid­mer End, need­ing 12 to win from the fi­nal over, ended five runs short on 167-9.
