Holmer Green warmed up for Saturday’s derby with a comfortable nine wicket win over Haddenham, scoring 124-1 after their opponents were dismissed for 120.
Meanwhile, Ley Hill seconds were victorious at home to Lacey Green in Division One, with Pete Green taking 3-19 and Paul Green 3-46 as the visitors recovered from 30-5 to post a total of 189 all out.
Callum Wilson then scored his first century (107 not out) while Colin Bowden made an unbeaten 66 as Ley Hill got home by nine wickets.
In the same division, Challoners (218-6) lost a high scoring game with Walmer End (219-8) while it was a similar story for Prestwood, who scored 233-5, only to see Knotty Green claim victory on 234-3.
Meanwhile, in Division Three, it was an exciting end to their match between Ley Hill thirds and Widmer End seconds.
Ley Hill scored 171-6 with Sam Martin and Jamie Woodley both top scoring with 41 each before Anthony Gaze took 5-29 as Widmer End, needing 12 to win from the final over, ended five runs short on 167-9.
