Children get a taste for the French language
TODDLERS spent their summer holidays getting to grips with a foreign language thanks to a series of classes.
The Little Language Academy, based at the Memorial Centre, in Gerrards Cross, held sessions throughout the holidays.
Children learned how to ask for ice cream and different flavours, practised counting and discovered about holidays in France, while also learning a number of French songs.
The academy is now on the lookout for different musical instruments and are asking parents to donate anything that they have.
Classes run at the Memorial Centre on Mondays and Thursdays.
