70 step up for Alzheimer’s

walk­ers off on one of three routes – 5km, 3km or 1km – through the grounds of the pri­vate es­tate, in Wind­sor End, Bea­cons­field.

Alzheimer’s So­ci­ety cham­pi­ons the rights of peo­ple liv­ing with de­men­tia and those who care for them.

Com­mu­nity fundraiser Fiona Rack­ham said: “We are ex­tremely grate­ful to all those who came and all the time and en­ergy they put into this Mem­ory Walk for Alzheimer’s So­ci­ety.

“As a char­ity, we rely on the gen­eros­ity of in­di­vid­u­als like th­ese to help us support peo­ple to live well with de­men­tia to­day and fund re­search to find a cure for to­mor­row.”
