We of­fer five-star lux­ury treat­ments in a friendly salon en­vi­ron­ment. We do a lot more mas­sage than most sa­lons as I am so pas­sion­ate about it, com­ing from a spa back­ground. What type of cus­tomer is your favourite? We love all our clients! We have such a huge client base now and we have a wide age range of clients too. We of­fer princess pam­per par­ties from age five and we have man­i­cure clients who are 97 years old! Beauty spas are known to at­tract women, but do you get many men? We get lots of men in for our deep tis­sue mas­sage, which is great for aching mus­cles. They also have wax­ing, fa­cials, pedi­cures – some days we have more men in than women! What is your favourite as­pect of work­ing in this in­dus­try? I love to make peo­ple feel bet­ter about them­selves, even if it’s just a file and pol­ish or an ex­press fa­cial for a pick-me-up.
