This is a light and re­fresh­ing drink, rich in fruits with Amaretto of­fer­ing a hint of tangy liq­uid marzi­pan flavours.

HIS­TORY:

A drink with un­known ori­gins that emerged from the Asia-Pa­cific re­gion dur­ing the 1990s and has in­creased in pop­u­lar­ity as an aper­i­tif.

METHOD­OL­OGY:

Add one-and-a-half shots of vodka, three-quarters of a shot of melon liqueur, three-quarters of a shot of Amaretto, half a shot of freshly squeezed lime juice, two shots of cran­berry juice and one shot of freshly squeezed orange juice to a shaker tin with ice. Shake and strain into a tall glass over ice.
