Goss the goal king for Queen’s Head

DAVID Goss was the four-goal hero for Queens Head as they knocked Misty Moon, for whom Chris Hearn and Johnny Gray replied, out of the Che­sham Sun­day League Cup.

Else­where, Craig Bous­field and Miles Bea­van strikes and an own goal saw Last Post squeeze past Pi­o­neer 3-2, for whom Clif­ford Ryan and Steve Scales net­ted, while early pace­set­ters Di­namo Che­quers put out Mag­pies 91.

An­chor (Tring) made it through to the sec­ond round in their first sea­son with a 3-1 win at Che­sham Ath­letic, with Dan Kuempfel, Liam Ahearn and Adam Gan­u­lati all on tar­get, while Andy Caves net­ted Ath­letic’s con­so­la­tion.
