Buckinghamshire Advertiser - - NEWS -

TWO youngsters got the chance to put teachers and classmates in their place when they were appointed as headteacher for a day.

Brothers Henry and Freddie Terrell, who are in year two and year four respectively at Thorpe House School in Oval Way, Gerrards Cross, took over on Thursday last week from headteacher

TABLES TURNED: Terence Ayres.

The boys worked hard carrying out lunchtime duty, signing letters and entertaining classmates with hot chocolate in their offices.

The opportunity for the boys came about after their parents won the experience for their sons in an auction organised by the school parents’ association in the summer.
