Here is my spe­cial recipe, from which, in only five sim­ple steps, you can cre­ate the per­fect Christ­mas Pud­ding which I hope you en­joy.

In­gre­di­ents: (To serve 10 peo­ple)

60g Un­salted but­ter 150g Soft dark brown sugar 75g Eggs 4g Cin­na­mon 2g Nut­meg 2g Ground ginger 30ml Black trea­cle 50g Bread­crumbs 85g Veg­etable suet 2 Or­anges 60g Car­rots, grated 140g Sul­tanas
