Harvest Festival in Tudor fashion
ASPEAKER donned Tudor robes and entertained people with a history talk.
Martin Sirot-Smith presented Tudor Harvest Customs at St Peter’s and St Paul’s Church in Church Lane, Great Missenden, on Saturday, eptember 20.
The talk was followed by fternoon tea with sandwiches, akes and music. The day raised 310 for Friends of Great Missenden Parish Church.
Chairwoman of the group Vivienne Davis said: Afternoon tea followed with a elicious selection of omemade sandwiches and akes and Yvonne Pinion rovided lovely piano music.
