EN­JOY a bite to eat while 1 brows­ing some stalls and lis­ten­ing to mu­sic this week­end. Che­sham Street Mar­ket will take place in Mar­ket Square on Satur­day from 10am to 2pm.

The mar­ket is all about re­cy­cled, re­man­u­fac­tured and reused arts and crafts. The stalls in­clude re­claimed cloth­ing and bags, sil­ver­ware, glass­ware, jew­ellery, ceram­ics, painted can­vases, other fab­ric goods and hot street food. There will also be some en­ter­tain­ment.

THERE will be a quiz 5 night in Hyde Heath Vil­lage Hall on Satur­day at 7.30pm. The teams can be made-up of up to eight peo­ple and you can make your own team or join one.

Tick­ets cost £12 per per­son and in­clude a two course sup­per, a raf­fle and a li­censed bar.

Che­sham Street mar­ket has a wide va­ri­ety of stalls to tempt you

The Roald Dahl Mu­seum in High Street, Great Mis­senden, will hold a spe­cial ac­tiv­ity from 11am to 5pm on Satur­day and Sun­day.

Vis­i­tors can take part in Veruca Salt’s Rub­bish Trail which in­volves hunt­ing for pieces of lit­ter which con­tains clues to a se­cret pass­word at the mu­seum.

The spoilt Veruca Salt gets ejected from the choco­late fac­tory via a rub­bish chute in the fa­mous book. Call the mu­seum on 01494 892 192.
