Muck­ing in to build out­door class­room

Chal­font St Giles Ju­nior School, in Par­son­age Road launched its out­door class­room on Satur­day.

Vol­un­teers helped put the fin­ish­ing touches to the space, which has a plant­ing area, se­cret gar­den, a green­house made from plas­tic bot­tles and a pond.

Teacher Lor­raine Hunter said: “It was a very suc­cess­ful day and great progress was made, every­body had lots of fun.”
