A light and re­fresh­ing lit­tle num­ber. Vodka is the main spirit of this drink which is com­ple­mented by the orange after taste of the triple sec. Coin­treau also works equally well but as an al­ter­na­tive why not try re­plac­ing with a melon liqueur for a sweeter taste.

Sits along­side the ever-popular mar­garita cock­tail but of­fers a longer drink op­tion burst­ing with cit­rus flavours.

HIS­TORY:

Add two shots vodka, half a shot coin­treau/triple sec, half a shot freshly-squeezed lime juice to a shaker tin with ice. Shake and strain into a tall glass over ice. Top up with lemon­ade.
