Michael and Mary Macken are delighted to welcome the return of Kola, one of their most passionate chefs, who left the Hit or Miss three years ago to broaden his repertoire of food and flavours with Heston Blumenthal at the Michelin-starred Hind’s Head in Bray.

Having risen through the kitchen ranks there, he has now returned to lead the kitchen team at the Hit or Miss and his knowledge and passion is evident with the pub’s new menu. Definitely a good reason to go and sample the menu.
