Fromage tasting for schoolchildren
CHILDREN learned all about French cheese at a tasting session.
Youngsters who attend the Little Language Academy in Gerrards Cross took part in the event on Monday last week.
They were given a variety of French cheeses to try and given stickers to place on a chart to show if they liked it.
Little Language classes run at the Memorial Centre and are designed to teach French to children aged of two to 10.
Debbie Lomax, of the school, said: “As well as teaching French to the children, we like to include cultural sessions to introduce the French way of life in a practical and fun way.
“Other topics include French making and famous sites in Paris.”
