Have a flutter on raffle to boost hospice cash
PEOPLE are being urged to enter a festive raffle that will help raise cash for local hospices.
The Hospice Lottery Partnership started in 1997 and has raised more than £6.5million for its six partner hospices, including Iain Rennie Hospice at Home (part of Rennie Grove Hospice Care), The Hospice of St Francis, Florence Nightingale Hospice, in Aylesbury, Grove House (part of Rennie Grove Hospice Care) in St Albans, Michael Sobell Hospice in Northwood and South Bucks Hospice in High Wycombe.
It is hoping its Christmas Superdraw will match the success of its Summer one.
Tickets went on sale last week with a 14 day fast response draw on November 10 when ten lucky people also get the chance to win a £10 M&S voucher.
The draw takes place on January 14.
There is a top prize of £5,000 with a second prize of a champagne overnight stay at an Oakmann Inn and Restaurants hotel and a third prize of a gourmet meal at The Five Arrows Hotel.
Fast response draw tickets must be purchased by 12pm on Monday, November 10. Tickets at £1 each are available online at www.hospicelottery.org.uk or call 01442 891 459.
