MEP shares views at UKIP meer­ing

MORE than 200 peo­ple went along to a pub­lic meet­ing to hear from a Mem­ber of the Euro­pean Par­lia­ment.

The event was hosted by UKIP South Bucks and took place at Burn­ham Park on Fri­day, Oc­to­ber 24.

Guest speaker Diane James, MEP for the South East, spoke on a range of top­ics from her ex­pe­ri­ences of the Stras­bourg Par­lia­ment to the party’s poli­cies on schools, the armed forces and the NHS.

Tim Scott, UKIP’s par­lia­men­tary can­di­date for Bea­cons­field, chaired the meet­ing and spoke about a num­ber of dif­fer­ent is­sues, and this was fol­lowed by ques­tions from the floor.
