BOOKWORMS did not need to visit the horror section at Gerrards Cross Library to get a scare on Halloween.

CHILDREN enjoyed a pooky story session when they visited a brary on Halloween. Gerrards Cross Community Library held he event on Friday last week, and youngsters on their half-term went long to enjoy the fun. They dressed up as keletons, ghosts and witches, and were read

cary stories.

The library regularly holds story sessions for children, but staff introduced the dressingup theme to this event because it coincided with Halloween.

Library manager Lorraine Surridge said: “We thought it would be fun to hold a Halloween story session where the children could dress up for it.”
