Look behind you – panto season’s sneaking up!
ST PETER Players promise to get crowds laughing, singing and maybe even dancing with their new panto.
Camelot the Panto! by Ben Crocker will show in Chalfont St Peter from Friday, December 5, and include a signed performance for the first time in the group’s history.
The story follows Prince Arthur who woos his future bride Guinevere. But a document appears claiming that Guinevere’s father promised her hand in marriage to Valerin the Vicious.
Valerin kidnaps Guinevere and is helped by some hired goons, one of them invisible.
The evil sorceress Morgana engineers all the evil doings as Arthur races against time to save Guinevere from becoming wed to the wrong person.
The play is directed by Sarah Golding and choreography comes from Georgina Kling, Steve Element and Leanne O’Reilly.
One of the members, Yvonne Roach, will help deaf people enjoy performance), 3.30pm and 7.30pm and Sunday, December 7, at 3.30pm.

PREPARE for a pantomime with two ugly sisters that will do anything to get a man.
The Stoke Poges Players are looking forward to this year’s pantomime, Cinderella, which has two very ugly sisters.
The sisters battle each other with their acid tongues and sharp wit and do their best to stop their stepsister Cinderella getting their man.
