Buckinghamshire Advertiser - - NEWS -

A BEST-SELLING author inspired some pupils when she went along to a school last week.

Angie Sage, author of the Septimus Heap series of books, went to St Mary’s School, in Packhorse Road, Gerrards Cross, on Wednesday, November 26 to promote her new series called PathFinder, which will be a trilogy.

She gave a presentation and explained her inspirations for the books, how she creates a character and where she starts writing a series before doing a signing.

The pupils also got to ask her questions such as where she gets her inspiration from and who is her favourite character.

Senior house librarian Sue Murray said: “It was really successful and all the girls were really enthused by it. They also asked her some fantastic questions.”
