£2,000 boost to this year’s appeal
ON behalf of the Chalfont St Peter and St Giles Royal British Legion, I would like to thank all businesses and residents of Chalfont St Peter who assisted with or generously donated to our annual Poppy Appeal, the receipts of which was the magnificent amount of £12,218 – about £2,000 more than last year.
A big thank you to all concerned and we can assure you that every penny raised will go towards helping service and ex-service personnel and their families.
