Scrap boosts charities
OFFER: scheme CHARITIES are to benefit from cars being scrapped.
Elliott Auto, in Berkhamsted, is hoping to raise £5,000 for different local charities during the next year, including Restore Hope in Chesham, Hospice of St Francis, and Hector’s House, in Tring.
People wanting to scrap their car can go to Elliott Auto’s website and choose which of the three charities they would like to benefit
Elliott Auto is running a charity car scrappage from the scrap value of it, and can select an amount to go to the charity.
Director Charles Elliott said: “We hope that every customer that would have scrapped their old car or van online with us before will now have a chance to donate to one of the three local charities that we have chosen.”
