Pupils de­liver in company’s card com­pe­ti­tion

SCHOOL chil­dren helped de­sign a company’s Christ­mas card.

Ger­rards Cross CoE School took part in ac­coun­tants Nunn Hay­ward LLP’s card com­pe­ti­tion.

Year four pupil Phoebe Sell­ers came first. Run­ners up were year two pupil Clau­dia We­ston and year three pupil Sophie Cle­ments.

Tax part­ner at the firm, Steve Cook, said: “The re­sponse from the chil­dren was over­whelm­ing this year and we re­ceived dou­ble the amount of en­tries com­pared to last year.

“It is so won­der­ful that the chil­dren have taken so much time and thought into their de­signs. We are proud to be send­ing th­ese cards to our clients.”
