Celebrate with carols and Christingles
PEOPLE can finish 1 their Christmas shopping at a charity’s sale event this weekend. Chesham-based charity the Trevor Collins Foundation is holding a sale titled New and New to You at Chesham Town Hall on Saturday from 10am to 5pm.
There will be stalls selling books, DVDs, clothing, Christmas cards and more.
There will also be morning coffees and afternoon teas and a small indoor play area for children.

2 ENJOY a classic festive tale brought to life on the stage this Saturday. Silhouette Theatre Company presents A Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens at The Memorial Centre in East Common, Gerrards Cross.
The production promises to be full of greed, ghosts and humbug. Doors open at 4.30pm for a 5pm start.
Tickets are available from the centre and cost adults £5, children £3 and family tickets £15.

THERE is a messy church 5 Christingle event on Saturday at 3pm at St John’s Methodist Church, Woodside Road in Amersham. There will be food, crafts and music and everyone is welcome.
Anyone can go along and join the group with the White Hart and the Saracen’s Head to sing in the Old Town.
