Owner dances away with an MBE
A DANCING school owner has been honoured by the Queen for 35 years of fundraising.
Beaconsfield-based dance school owner Suzanne Lear received an MBE on December 5 for services to Lymphoma Research. Her daughter Lisa, 16, died from hon-Hodgkin’s lymphoma in 1979. The Lisa Lear Fund has subsequently raised £500,000 for the Lymphoma Research Trust.
