CHEERS AND HERE’S TO THE MAKEOVER: To­masz Klasin­ski, land­lord of the Fox and Pheas­ant in Stoke Po­ges which has re­opened with a new menu after ma­jor re­fur­bish­ment A PUB is hop­ing that vil­lagers will flock to it fol­low­ing a £400,000 trans­for­ma­tion.

The Fox and Pheas­ant in Ger­rards Cross Road, Stoke Po­ges, re­opened on Mon­day, De­cem­ber 15 after un­der­go­ing a makeover in time for Christ­mas

Part of the changes in­clude a new menu of­fer­ing a num­ber of dif­fer­ent dishes in­clud­ing steak and ale pie, sea bass and tomato and mas­car­pone risotto.

Gen­eral man­ager To­masz Klasin­ski said: “Stoke Po­ges is a fan­tas­tic vil­lage and the Fox and Pheas­ant is at the heart of the com­mu­nity.

“We are thrilled to be of­fer­ing our reg­u­lars and cus­tomers a fresh new Fox and Pheas­ant for them to so­cialise, eat freshly cooked food and en­joy a drink.

“The open­ing night was a real suc­cess with great feed­back from reg­u­lars and vis­i­tors alike on the de­li­cious menu and the fan­tas­tic in­te­ri­ors.

“My team and I look for­ward to wel­com­ing more guests in the com­ing weeks fol­low­ing our trans­for­ma­tion.”
