Police scrutiny panel
A CRIME panel has taken applications for two new members.
The Thames Valley Police and Crime Panel scrutinises the Police and Crime Commissioner Anthony Stansfeld.
The panel is made up of 18 councillors, one from each council in the Thames Valley, as well as two independent co-opted members.
People with community safety, criminal justice or victim support, and a strong track record of relevant voluntary work are encouraged to apply.
Members have to dedicate one day a month and attend a minimum of six meetings a year across the Thames Valley.
Co-optees serve a four year term.
The closing date for applications was Monday, January 12. The successful members will be announced by the panel.
