FAM­I­LIES can get messy 1 at the week­end by go­ing to a church’s monthly event. The next Messy Church at Em­manuel Church in Broad Street, Che­sham, will take place on Satur­day from 4pm to 5.30pm.

The free bi­ble-based event in­cludes arts and crafts, games, a bi­ble story, wor­ship, mu­sic and a cooked tea and dessert.

Fury, star­ring Brad Pitt and Shia LaBeouf will be shown on Sun­day at the stu­dio’s cin­ema.

It is set in April 1945 as the Al­lies make their fi­nal push through Europe. A bat­tle­hard­ened army sergeant com­mands a tank and the five-man crew on a deadly mis­sion be­hind en­emy lines.

Out­num­bered and out­gunned the sergeant and his men face over­whelm­ing odds in their at­tempts to strike at the heart of Nazi Ger­many.

It will be screened at 1pm, 4pm and 7pm.
