CHIL­DREN can hunt for 5 toy tor­toises as part of a mu­seum’s trib­ute to a popular story. The Roald Dahl Mu­seum in High Street, Great Mis­senden, will host the Esio Trot trail from 11am to 5pm on Satur­day and Sun­day.

Vis­i­tors can look for the tor­toises through­out the mu­seum in light of BBC’s new film adap­ta­tion of Roald Dahl’s Esio Trot. It tells the story of shy Mr Hoppy and his love for his neigh­bour, Mrs Sil­ver – and a tor­toise called Al­fie who helps to bring them to­gether.
