Ar­ray of tal­ent in con­cert se­ries

MU­SIC lovers can en­joy a plethora of clas­si­cal of­fer­ings when the lunchtime con­cert se­ries re­turns in Fe­bru­ary.

The con­certs, based at the United Re­formed Church, in Ayles­bury End, Bea­cons­field, be­gin again on Thurs­day, Fe­bru­ary 5.

The lunchtime con­certs are ev­ery Thurs­day, with a dif­fer­ent mu­si­cian each week from 1pm to 1.30pm. There is a light lunch from 12.15pm. Robin Fir­man, will play the cello, with John Hor­ler on the pi­ano on Fe­bru­ary 5.

Hes­tia Sax­o­phone Quar­tet with play their new pro­gramme in­clud­ing jazz pieces on Fe­bru­ary 12.

So­prano Ja­cobine Van Laar will per­form with Marisa Thorn­ton-Wood on pi­ano on Fe­bru­ary 19.

Si­mone Tavoni will be on pi­ano on Fe­bru­ary 26. Then in March there will be Irma Vas­takaite on vi­o­lin, Gior­dano Ferla on pi­ano on March 5, young pi­anist Manami Baba on March 12 and High March School on March 19. Young singers Ruth Dou­glas and Peter Tsat­samisCooper will per­form with Belinda Mikhail on March 26.
