Egg hunts and learning languages
NEW SKILL: Youngsters at one of the regular Little Language classes, showing off after making their own masks CHILDREN will be encouraged to learn a new language during their school holidays.
The Little Language Academy, which is based at the Memorial Centre in East Common, Gerrards Cross, will be holding two days of activities during the Easter holidays.
The event is aimed at children aged from three until 10 years.
Debbie Lomax, who runs the academy, said: “This Easter, we will be doing lots of baking, Easter arts and crafts, games, egg hunts, and outdoor play.
“There will be some French singing and games, but it isn’t necessary to have attended any of our classes, and no previous knowledge of French is required.”
