A drink where schnapps and Ten­nessee whiskey fuse to cre­ate a per­fect blend of sweet and dry. Peach schnapps of­fers a lighter al­ter­na­tive to the tra­di­tional Ger­man `schnaps’ which is a clear, unsweet­ened brandy and usu­ally served neat. The sub­tle hint of the peach flavour along­side or­anges from the triple sec pre­dom­i­nate and make it easy on the palate. A light and re­fresh­ing cock­tail and sim­ple to mix.

METHOD­OL­OGY:

Add one shot peach schnapps, one shot Jack Daniel’s Ten­nessee whiskey, 1/4 shot coin­treau or triple sec and 1/2 shot freshly squeezed lime juice into a tin. Shake and strain into an ice cold mar­tini glass
