Pancake cafe proves a hit
Sisters Willow and Sienna enjoy the pancake cafe with their mum Loretta PEOPLE popped into a pancake cafe on Tuesday.
To mark Shrove Tuesday, the Chalfont St Giles Church held a cafe serving up pancakes, in the Reading Room, in High Street.
All profits will go to charity and the day was sponsored by Chalfont Classic Cuisine.
Shrove Tuesday marks the day before Lent begins and is traditionally the time to use up any store cupboard leftovers before fasting for Lent.
Lent lunches will be held by the church on Fridays, from 11.30am to 2pm in the Reading Room.
