SIMON White’s (pictured) first season in the Super Singles Darts League has been an impressive one – and his latest match with Steven Vaughan confirmed this.

Although Vaughan took the plaudits with a 127 outshot at the Wooburn Club, a 5-5 draw was a fair reflection on White’s continued good form in his debut campaign.

Another match which ended 5-5 was John Beattie’s clash against Andy Long, in which Beattie hit his sixth 180 of the season to go ninth in the table, while Long moved up to fourth spot.

Pat O’Reilly got back to winning ways with a hard fought 6-4 win over the unlucky Trevor Brereton. Rob Brereton continues to top the League, his 7-3 win over Blaine Jelly seeing him go three points clear at the summit, while Mark Luckett produced his best performance of the season a 10-0 win over Mike McLeod to move up to eighth.
