THE JOLLY IF Carlsberg did pundits... The Jolly Sportsman in Eskdale Avenue has been selected as one of the few pubs that Carlsberg and talkSPORT will visit in their search for the People’s Pundit. Fancy yourself as a commentator? Think you could do a better job than existing pundits? Then now is your chance.
The People’s Pundit tour van will be at the pub between 6pm and 8pm on Monday, March 2 when people will have the chance to record their entry for the competition.
The winner will be a pundit on talkSPORT for the final Premier League match of the season.

The music karaoke style contest searches for the best singer in the area with contendors performing in a series of heats to earn points leading up to a final show down.
The first heat will be Saturday, March 21.
Getbucks is an official sponsor again this year, with reporter Jo-Anne Rowney set to judge as well. Prizes include cash, vouchers and a trophy.
