Pupils carry out French market research
CHILDREN had fun eating pizza in French classes this week and prepared for a French market which is on its way to a village.
Youngsters who attend the Little Language Academy in Gerrards Cross have been taking part in a food themed topic and have been learning how to order a pizza with different toppings in French.
They have been preparing for the upcoming French market, which will come to the village for the first time on Sunday.
The youngsters are set to go along to the market to practice asking for different foods in French.
Academy owner Debbie Lomax said: “We will be at the French market, showing parents the kinds of things we teach children in our classes.
“It’s so important for children to be able to practise their French skills in real life situations, and the French market is a great opportunity for them to do this.”
