Fash­ion show to raise funds for Ac­tion Trust

FOL­LOW­ERS of fash­ion should head to a golf club later this month when a char­ity clothes show takes place there.

The Buck­ing­hamshire Golf Club in Den­ham will be hold­ing a fash­ion show and af­ter­noon tea on Wed­nes­day, May 20.

The event is held

to raise funds for char­ity Se­bas­tian’s Ac­tion Trust, set up in mem­ory of Se­bas­tian Gates, seven, who died on Christ­mas Eve, 2003, af­ter suf­fer­ing from a rare form of child­hood can­cer.

The char­ity was set up by his par­ents, with money raised pay­ing for the Blue­bells, the UK’s first pur­pose built fa­cil­ity pro­vid­ing respite care and sin­gle day vis­its for chil­dren with lifethreat­en­ing or life-lim­it­ing ill­ness.

The event at Buck­ing­hamshire Golf Club will in­clude a va­ri­ety of clothes from dif­fer­ent de­sign­ers, and there will also be af­ter­noon tea and a raf­fle with a se­lec­tion of prizes.

It starts at 12.30pm and tick­ets are £30 per per­son.
