THE Hospice Lottery has launched its annual super draw to raise funds for local hospices.
Tickets are now on sale for the draw and the main draw will be held at Tring carnival on Saturday, June 27.
First prize in the Summer Superdraw is £5,000, second prize is an Essentials Day for two, courtesy of Champneys Health Spa, and third prize is a Champagne tea for two, courtesy of Waddesdon Manor. There are also ten one-year subscriptions to The Hospice Lottery weekly draw, worth £52, to be won.
The Hospice Lottery ran two draws last year, which brought in a grand total of £98,750, and contributed to over £1million being raised in total.
The hospices which the money will go towards are South Bucks Hospice in High Wycombe, the Florence Nightingale Hospice Charity in Aylesbury, the Iain Rennie Hospice at Home in Tring, The Hospice of St Francis in Berkhamsted, Grove House – part of Rennie Grove Hospice Care – in St Albans, the Michael Sobell Hospice in Northwood and the South Bucks Hospice, in High Wycombe.
