SPARAGUS served on toasted rose­mary and sea salt muf­fin with wild mush­rooms and sor­rel hol­landaise I cre­ated this dish mainly due to the lo­cal Copas Farm, where we can pick our own as­para­gus.

This adds a sense of fresh­ness to the dish and en­sures a de­li­cious and de­lec­ta­ble com­bi­na­tion of high­qual­ity in­gre­di­ents.

English as­para­gus is also widely known as be­ing the best in the world, so it was only fair I pro­duced a dish cel­e­brat­ing this won­der­ful and ver­sa­tile veg­etable.
