HIS is my ab­so­lute favourite time of year. As we move into sum­mer, the very best of what Mother Na­ture has to of­fer is com­ing into sea­son.

Th­ese lit­tle pots are de­li­ciously fresh and con­tain flavours that work per­fectly to­gether at this time of year.

They are the sort of dessert that can be pre­pared ahead and kept in the fridge un­til you are ready for them and they are the per­fect ac­com­pa­ni­ment to an al fresco-style meal.
