Super service from supermarket’s Josh
A SUPERMARKET employee has been nominated for always going the extra mile to help disabled customers.
Chesham Sainsbury’s employee Josh Robinson always takes the time to ensure a disabled customer is cared for, and has been nominated for the Employee/ business person of the Year Award.
Josh was put up for the award for providing disabled customers with outstanding customer service and going the extra mile to provide assistance to those who need it at every opportunity.
According to his nominator, Josh is always willing to do what ever it takes to cater to the customers’ needs.
Mark Birch, 48, who nominated Josh, said: “I had two mini-strokes between 2006 and 2010 and since then I have found it difficult to walk. He is always more helpful than the rest of the people there. But I find Sainsbury’s staff to be much more helpful to people who are disabled.”
Mr Birch added: “When he is putting my shopping through he slows down and takes extra care to help me and always loads my shopping into bags for me.”
