COMMUNITY CREAM TEA EVENT

There was also a plant stall at the event as well as a stall selling local produce. A tombola with prizes for all ages added to the fun day.
The event raised almost £800, which will help pay for the restoration of the church’s two stained glass windows.
One of the organisers Liz Green said: “A sincere thank you is due to everyone in the village who baked a cake or helped on the day and to all those who supported the afternoon.”
