Buckinghamshire Advertiser - - PRIDE OF BUCKS 2015 -

WE are extremely honoured and proud to once again be part of the 2015 Pride of Bucks awards.

Having also been involved and seeing first-hand the successes of the previous two years, it was simply obvious to be part of the 2015 awards and we feel equally privileged to be part of the organisation and judging committee.

Having lived and worked in the area most of his life, Simon Roberts feels the Pride of Bucks Awards fits perfectly with their business. He says: “The event is such a wonderful tribute to those fantastic unsung heroes”.

Roberts Newby began in 1991 in Gerrards Cross with to provide a friendly, down-to-earth, innovative estate agency with a difference and one that would build strong relationships with people and the community.

Well known for its orange colour branding, the company has forged its way to becoming the local market leader and known for its wide range of sponsorships of schools, colleges and charities.

We are proud to have raised tens of thousands for various organisations which has been a valued part of the company’s ethos.

Says Simon: “Roberts Newby supports many charities, schools and organisation, however, with four young children of my own, I felt a particular draw to the Child of Courage category. Giving this award to such incredibly brave children is an honour, their individual stories and selfless acts of courage never cease to humble myself and the other guests, and there isn’t usually a dry eye in the house!”
