Climb the Stairway to Heaven with Ledd Zepp
WHEN Led Zeppelin made a shock announcement in 2007 that they would reform for one special show at the O2 Arena in London, music fans went into a frenzy.
The 20,000 tickets were snapped up in the blink of an eye by a lucky few and an incredible 20 million fans around the world were left disappointed after failing in their bid to secure tickets to the hottest show in town.
The demand for tickets was unprecedented and the one-off charity show set the rumour mill into overdrive fuelling speculation of a world tour and new album.
But the rock titans insisted the show would be their last and have stuck to their word. Unless you were lucky enough to be there in Greenwich on that famous night, you will have to make do with a DVD of the show and of course the stunning back catalogue of material produced by one of the most exciting live acts ever to grace a stage.
The next best thing for fans, however, is just around the corner.
Tribute act Ledd Zepp will be performing the same set as the O2 show at a special gig in Watford this month.
Recreating the hits from the Celebration Day Concert, you can hear all these great Led Zeppelin hits, including Good Times Bad Times, Ramble On, Black Dog, In My Time Of Dying, plus iconic tunes like Stairway to Heaven and Kashmir.
Come and have a great night and hear the best tunes played by this stunning and authentic show. Ledd Zepp will be performing the best of the 02 celebration gig and more.
Ledd Zepp are at the Watford Colosseum on Friday June 12. Tickets are £17.50-£20 and available from the box office on 0845 075 3993 or online fromom watfordcolosseum.co.ukk
