World Cup star Will has a ball in the hall
PAST and present pupils celebrated as their school marked the opening of a new hall in style. Fulmer Infant School held a grand opening on Friday attended by World Cup-winning former England rugby star Will Greenwood.
He cut the ribbon and spoke to youngsters and their parents, with 200 guests in attendance.
Among those enjoying the day were representatives from Bucks County Council, members of the local community and families and friends of current and former pupils.
Sue Kirby, chairman of the governors, thanked everyone for attending and for donating money towards the costs of the building.
Head teacher Cathy Hunt said: “The hall has significantly enhanced the education of present pupils and generations of pupils to come.”
